What’s PASS?
0 1
Compact and Lightweight
The small PASS weighs approximately 1 kg, making it easily carried with one hand.
Its lightweight design facilitates both installation and transportation.
0 2
Flexible Placement Options
With battery-powered operation, PASS can be installed for long-term use in challenging locations like tunnels and slopes, where traditional large-scale seismic source equipment faces difficulties.
0 3
Signal Amplification Enabled by Continuous Installation
By linking multiple PASS units together, signals can be combined and amplified, enabling them to reach greater distances.
0 4
Low Noise
Compared to conventional seismic sources, PASS operates at an extremely low noise level, minimizing concerns even in suburban areas and reducing its impact on the surrounding environment.
Types of PASS
PASS-S1
Size: 10cm x 10cm x 12cm
PASS-S1 is the smallest single-axis model, primarily used for shallow investigations, such as examining social infrastructure.
PASS-P28
Size: 24cm x 24cm x 12cm
PASS-P28 is a dual-axis model, designed to emphasize and transmit vertical vibrations.
PASS-M1
Size: 52cm x 66cm x 47cm
PASS-M2 is designed for carbon dioxide subsurface storage (CCS) exploration and has been confirmed to transmit signals to depths of up to 2,000 meters.
